Mom & Bambini Bootcamp

We know how lame it is to have to hire a sitter just so you can workout, so we're making things easier for you.
Mom & Bambini Bootcamp is a muscle conditioning and cardio workout from Sculpt teacher Victoria Whitfield for YOU that your kid can tag along to.

Fall Session Dates:

4 week sessions run every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am
Session 1: Oct 2 - 25
Session 2: Nov 6 - 29

$65+hst - 4-Week session
$85+hst - 1 month unlimited studio membership (includes Mom & Bambini Bootcamp)

Where is this happening?
Unlike our summer Stroller Fitness, this is an indoor class running at Strong Body Yoga & Fitness.
That means space is limited, so sign up in advance.

Is there an age limit for kids?
There is no minimum age, but to keep things a little less chaotic we recommend limiting it to kids 15 months and under.
