We know how lame it is to have to hire a sitter just so you can workout, so we're making things easier for you.
Mom & Bambini Bootcamp is a muscle conditioning and cardio workout from Sculpt teacher Victoria Whitfield for YOU that your kid can tag along to.

When is it?
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am.
Spring Session Dates:
Session 1: May 1 - May 31 (5 weeks, $75+hst)
Session 2: Jun 5 - Jun 28 (4 weeks, $60+hst)

Where is this happening?
Our spring session is an indoor/outdoor class. That means on nice days we will take it outside and on rainy/miserable days classes will run at Strong Body Yoga & Fitness.
That means space is limited, so sign up in advance.

Is there an age limit for kids?
There is no minimum age, but to keep things a little less chaotic we recommend limiting it to kids 15 months and under.

Is there a discount for members?
Mom & Bambini Bootcamp is FREE for members. If you're not already a member of the studio then an extra $10 will get you a monthly membership so you can come to ALL the classes on our schedule. Worth thinking about, isn't it?
