Laura has been passionate about yoga and meditation since she was a teen. Originally, her motivation to show up to practice was her desire to be stronger and more flexible. The more she practiced, the more she experienced changes she wasn’t expecting (but loved) like, feeling more centred and focused, feeling less stressed, and being able to heal her body.
Laura is passionate about mindful movement, self-awareness, and intentional breathing on the mat and off the mat. As a yoga teacher and Spiritual Life Coach, Laura is an avid learner and teacher, always seeking new tools and practices that she can learn, implement, and share.
